My Story

I'm Mel — a documentary-style elopement and couples photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia, and happiest in the outdoors. My favorite shots are rarely the posed ones — they're the in-between moments, the ones you'd have forgotten if I hadn't been there.

My love for photography began as a childhood tradition of trading disposable cameras on family trips, but it evolved into a mission to celebrate connection. With a background in marketing and psychology from the University of Miami, I approach every shoot with both a creative eye and a focus on what matters most: making you feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease.
